The Road To Improving Your Health

The road taken to improving your health can vary as much as the pace. It doesn't happen overnight and there can be a lot of bumps, hills, and curves in the road. 

For example, while my health journey showed continuous improvement over the years, it wasn't until many years later that I made the more difficult changes that have stuck with me. Unfortunately, like many people, I had to go through the painful process of seeing close family members' health issues leading up to their deaths to really kick it up a notch. But, when I began to experience my own health issues....well, then I got serious.

Many people find it best to make a few changes, allow time to adjust,and make a few more changes, and so on. But, of course there are ambitious exceptions that go for it all! However, there are always events, holidays, family friends, coworkers,  and just "stuff happens" that can throw you off track. But, with encouragement you can get back moving towards your goals. As you make your way through each change, you will find confidence in yourself and your new way of life. Success breeds success, as they say! And, then bigger transformations will take place.

It's 2018 and we're off to a new beginning, fresh start, and another chance in a New Year. What would you like to change about your health and lifestyle this year?
